I would suggest heading over to Google and entering in the search box the title of the book written.
When the results appear, scroll down and unzip the words folder, unzip all of those files, and folders to find your ebook template. You’ll have a few options.
You can create a .pdf file from Word, double click and start typing, and then you have your ebook.
You can download a Microsoft free product Create Space athttp://www.softwarefreehouse.com/downloads.htmand print from it and modify the EXE file form to a pdf file.
